A key part of the job was finding replacement bricks that matched the existing wall. As the original facing bricks were no longer being made, I spent time sourcing the closest possible match to ensure the repair blended in naturally with the surrounding brickwork.
To keep everything consistent, I used black mortar to match the original wall and carefully rebuilt the damaged section. My aim was not only to make the wall strong and safe again, but also to ensure the repair looked like it had always been there.
